Within just half an hour of the announcement, inbound flight searches on relevant travel platforms surged by over 200%. Data from Ctrip’s FlightAi Market Insight Platform revealed that by March 30th, the number of inbound flights scheduled for April had recovered to more than 30% of 2019 levels, with search volume increasing 370% year-on-year. The average price for one-way inbound flights, including taxes, is ¥2,482.
