The Client had a baby shoe business in the States. She needs She needs to design various styles of products and source a reliable manufacturer to produce the products. It was a two year project from the business idea to its sales in the target market. We helped the client to compare the samples from different factories, improve the products from time to time, visit the factories, design the packaging, arranged the inspections and shipments.
The client needs an experienced purchasing with business negotiation skills to form long term partnership with potential suppliers. I represent the client to visit the factories and meet with the decision makers to review the challenges and opportunities of the cooperation and agreed on the long-term partnership. Communication is always a big challenge for overseas business owners, I worked in between to avoid the misunderstanding and solved many issues during the productions.
